 STEP ONE – I SHIFT   

 ‘DISCOVER YOUR LIFE’

In this 21-Day online perspective challenge, you move deeper into Step One of my Shift Into Life process. You will learn how to shift your thoughts from overwhelm to discovery of your authentic self by realizing your states of being: unconscious, subconscious, and conscious. You will use a variety of Yoga postures, to engage where you are and to practice choosing the thoughts you want to follow. 

STEP TWO – YOU SHIFT   

‘CREATE YOUR LIFE’

In this 4-week online immersion program you move deeper into Step Two of my Shift Into Life process. You will learn how to shift your feelings from stressed to the creativity of a flexible heart by realizing how you feel and how you want to feel. You will explore what your options are with weekly practices of the mind-body connection and learn to turn your external focus into an internal opportunity. 

STEP THREE – WE SHIFT   

‘HONOUR YOUR LIFE’

In this 8-week online integration plan you move deeper into Step Three of my Shift Into Life process. You will learn how to shift your actions from attached to the honour of a free spirit by realizing that life is always changing. You will embody who you choose to be with weekly practices of whole-being living. With a conscious plan you can see your world anew and release the life you thought you had to live.

Having been a mindfulness meditation practitioner for over 5 years, I thought that I would merely be learning about physical techniques to yoga. I was proven wrong! Not only did Tracey bring me back to my “beginner’s mind” but she led me on a deeper journey to my inner self, dealing with my own rigidity and fears, but also incorporating how we can teach children the eight limbs of yoga without having to make it complicated. I was also able to complete most of the program online in the comforts of my own home – no need to travel during this super cold & snowy winter!
