I have been where you are at. I have been overwhelmed, lost, and without direction. I have been stressed, stuck, and not sure what to do next. I have been attached to expectations, resentful, and wanting to control everything around me. I want to show others how to shift out of the mindset I was in and to journey towards life balance.

I’m a Balanced Living Coach.
Balance is a state of mind – a way of connecting in the world.
The mind is the seat of healing and it is here that we can move towards balance in the paradox of love and fear.
As a business owner, wife, and mother, my life experience continues to change. My balance has come from engaging the fear attached to these responsibilities, and embodying the love that guides me to trust in my life’s purpose.
You and I may not identify in these particular roles, but we can connect as humans with a mind and body in continuous change.
